Katia Narain Phillips is the brains behind this ultra-nourishing cafe that supports living a healthy lifestyle for everyone. Triyoga and Nectar Cafe go hand in hand, both focusing on your wellbeing - Triyoga offer a multitude of classes including yoga, pilates and barre to name a few. Despite it’s central London location, the prices aren’t going to break the bank and leave you with a bad taste in your mouth. Organic smashed avocado on toast for £6? Winner, winner!

Energy Kitchen is the perfect place to grab a quick re-fuel with the girls after an intense class. Serving up all kinds of healthy, immune boosting shakes with the added option of protein powder to enhance muscle recovery - girl, you’re going to need it! The Coco Colada with coconut water, vanilla protein, spinach, pineapple, coconut oil, lemon and spinach is our fave.

BLOK Cafe serve up a bespoke menu of plant-based, nutrient dense dishes that are gluten and refined sugar-free, plus free of all chemical processing. Really healthy basically. Their grab and go range which features raw pad Thai and gluten free falafel wraps is great to literally grab and go! Blast that chocolate craving with the ‘Chocbuster’ shake filled with banana, chocolate protein, oats, cacao nibs, cocoa powder and coconut milk.

You’ve probably heard of the ever popular Protein Haus, well, they now have their own cafe at Lomax Chelsea serving up fitness food, protein shakes and gym snacks. Their whole menu has been crafted with the fitness individual in mind. From low carb, high protein meals for those dieting to high carb meals for those who have just walked out of an intense session, Protein Haus have got you covered. Avocado, nut butter and banana and beet hummus feature on their ever popular ‘on toast’ range, what more could you want than jazzy slices of toast? After working up a serious sweat at Starks Fitness’ HIIT 45 class (which run in the morning and during lunch time hours), pop on down to Fueld for a big, protein-filled treat to re-fuel for the rest of the day.
